Where do you start to begin
to describe,
the
incredible life of a man?
So distinguished, respected,
esteemed and revered,
such an integral part of
God's plan ?
The man, Truett Worley, was
one of a kind,
as a husband, father and
friend,
As a grandpa and brother in
all of these roles,
he faithfully served to the
end.
When we think of his
life, of the person he was,
it's amazing
what all he could do.
And he never did things any
way but the best,
it's as if that was all that
he knew.
He was gifted in ways some
of us only dream,
he could paint, build a
house, or fix a car.
He took beautiful pictures,
could garden and sing,
He taught many to be who
they are.
He could engineer things no
one else could believe,
it seemed nothing, was out
of his reach.
When he didn't know how, he
was looking to learn,
We were all blessed, by the
way he could teach.
I can do all, through
Christ, who gives me His strength.
The Bible has said
this is true.
Truett was strong, for his
walk with the Lord
enabled all things he could
do.
The legacy started by Truett,
is one, we his family hold
dear.
Although gone from this
earth,
what he left will live on,
every day, in each one of us
here.

Truett's First Grandchild
This page is dedicated to
the memory, of a dear friend, one of the most dedicated men to our Lord Jesus,
that I have ever had the privilege of knowing, and the most enjoyable Sunday
School teacher I have ever sat and listened to.
