FAULT LINE TSUNAMI DISASTER

To look upon their faces, where
pain has stricken-
To hear in their voices, their cries
of devastation-
To watch while they search, the
endless search-
A feeling heart, can only respond
with tears

A Mother hugs a lifeless child,
a child sits alone with fear-
Fathers lost, Brothers swept away-
Sisters, oh so dear

Rows and rows where bodies lay,
their world now in disarray-
Lives hang, tilted and unbalanced-
on this dark December day

Waves and waves of natural strength,
reached out it's mighty hand-
Flexed it's muscles, gripped with power-
destroying man, and land

Noah build your ark; Gather two
by two-
Beast of beasts, tigers and lambs,
only this time, no one knew

Or did they? and did not listen,
in fear of other's thoughts-
Noah spoke, while everyone laughed,
it wasn't a war to be fought

Man, in control of his destiny?
How many times, does He have to speak?
Has He welcomed his Angels in Heaven?
and the earth has been left to the meek?

Left without answers, Will there be a trial?
Will ignorance and history repeat?
Will we gather in crowds, yelling "Crucify!"
then watch contentedly, while He is beat?

To look upon their faces, where pain
has stricken-
To hear in their voices, their cries of
devastation-
To watch while they search the
endless search-
A caring heart, can only respond in
floods of tears-
